The Location
Very centrally located in the prestigious 'Carré d'Or' district of Cannes, this apartment is just a couple of minutes from the beach and less than 10 minutes from the Festival Hall. The main shopping street is behind the apartment and you will be surrounded by restaurants, bars and designer boutiques. There's no need for a car!Nice Cote d'Azur is the closest airport (20k). It's really not necessary to hire a car as the airport bus runs every 30 minutes to Cannes and stops 10 minutes from the apartment. The Accommodation
Our delightful 1st floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, air-conditioning, balcony, wi-fi internet and Satellite TV. It has an open, spacious feel and has just been newly decorated. The apartment is serviced by a lift so you never have to struggle with your luggage. It is ideal for business or holiday rental.

Bedroom one has twin beds but can be converted to a king size bedroom. There is a side table and reading lamp as well as a wardrobe with mirrored doors.

The Family Bathroom
The family bathroom has a bath with shower over it and double sink vanity unit. You will also find a washing machine in here. Next door is a separate toilet.

The living room is open plan with a comfortable corner sofa which easily seats four people. Here you have Wi-Fi internet access, Satellite TV, DVD player and Ipod docking station. The lounge opens into the well equipped kitchen area and looks on to the balcony.

The Kitchen/Dining Area
The apartment has a modern, well equipped kitchen. Here you will find a microwave oven, ceramic hob, integrated oven, fridge, freezer, coffe machine, toaster and dishwasher. There is also plenty of good quality crockery and cutlery.

Local Information
The apartment is surrounded by excellent restaurants and cocktail bars. The restaurants on the beach across the road are open for lunch and in the evening you can just stroll outside for an aperitif or dinner. Dior, Ferragamo and Chanel boutiques are just around the corner, as is the main shopping street of Cannes, the Rue d'Antibes. "Le Suquet" - the old town of Cannes has marvellous restaurants and steep, narrow streets to meander through. There are bakeries and food shops opposite the apartment. There are fish, flower and fruit markets daily, along with a general market and every Saturday the antique dealers displaying their wares by the waterfront. The famous Palm Beach Casino and nightclub is close by. Whatever you want from your holiday, whether it's the beach, shops or a conference, this is the ideal location.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is just one block back from the beach and the beach front promenade 'La Croisette'. There are lovely sandy beaches, some with restaurants and sun loungers available.

Golf courses can be found in Cannes Mandelieu, Mougins, andMouans Sartoux. The closest being approx 15 minutes drive or bus ride.

Beach 100m. Shops 100m. Festival Hall 500m. Port 600m. Old Town 700m. Monaconis just 45 - 60 minutes away by train. There are boat trips from Cannes to St Tropez. Antibes is 10 - 25 minutes away (train or bus).
